The Wild Lotus Energy wellness studio is a sanctuary for healing. I've received wonderful and rejuvenating reiki from Vanessa on her healing mat. After the session, I felt more peaceful, relaxed and at ease amidst life's challenges. I've also attended the group Somatic Activated Healing classes which were a safe place for me to process emotions, get movement, and be in community all set to an epic soundtrack. It is a women's only studio which felt safe and supportive. I am grateful this business exists and recommend you check it out if you're in the San Mateo area.

Words can't properly express just how healing my Reiki session was with Vanessa. I feel lighter in both body and spirit. What an incredible experience with someone so channeled and gifted. 10 stars!

I was referred to Vanessa by a family friend, and I saw her while visiting the Bay. During our session, she spent a tremendous amount of time at my legs and hip area, and I felt so much lighter. At the end, she asked me "what is going on with your hips" and it hit me that my hips were always hurting and had been for the last 3 years. My hips no longer hurt, I did not realize I was carrying so much stress and trauma on my body and I walked away feeling lighter, and rejunevated. I will be back next time I visit the bay. What a blessing and experience.

Vanessa has amazing and beautiful energy, knowledge and intuition. I look forward to her somatic release class…I like to call it dance my emotions class. Vanessa provides a welcoming, safe, and comfortable space and environment for everyone. I always feel lighter after my practice with her, plus I get to learn something new every time. I highly recommend you join. There is nothing like her class in this area. Reiki has led me to change my life in the most profound ways. I am a sensitive empath who finds herself often completely depleted. I have experienced reiki from many different practitioners as it is an essential tool for me to rebalance and re-energize. Vanessa is truly gifted, and more importantly, cares so deeply about her clients and their healing journeys. Not only does she leave me feeling completely balanced and rejuvenated, bus she was able to channel messages from my father that brought me to tears and gave me a great sense of peace. Her Somatic Healing Dance Classes are everything needed in this world to release pent up emotions and find joy again. Cannot recommend this amazing woman enough.
