I’ve had an excellent experience at University Chiropractic! The team is caring, highly knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen and address my concerns. They never rush appointments and always explain things clearly. Their personalized approach has made a real difference in my health, and I’ve seen significant improvement since starting treatment. I’m grateful for their expertise and would recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, compassionate chiropractic care.

I walked into University Chiropractic completely by coincidence about a month ago. I was looking for some help with some unexpected neck pain that had quickly escalated from uncomfortable to terrible with no known trauma to my neck or body. It really came out of nowhere. What I found out was priceless! They didn't just give me an adjustment and send me on my way, which is what I was told to expect at a chiropractor's office. I had never actually been to one before and I am ecstatic that this is the one I chose. Instead of a one and done adjustment, they handed me a lifestyle. They were immediately friendly, warm and welcoming and it felt like they were all just there to help me heal. The entire care team seemed extremely invested in my well being. They began by educating me on the science behind chiropractic services and how to get the most out of my adjustments. I was given a timeline and a treatment plan on what to expect so that I could know how to measure growth and improvement over a relatively short period of time. Now, thirty days later, I am at least 75 percent improved. My neck pain went from 24/7 to maybe 2-3 days a week, intermittently. I still have 60 days left in my treatment plan so I expect to see it continue improving. The inclusion of x-rays every 30 days as part of my treatment plan allows me to also see the change in my bone structure in real time. Being a science geek and specializing in radiologic sciences, this all proved to be invaluable information to me. I could not recommend this place more! If you are in pain and you are looking for a long term solution and a road to repair without surgical intervention, do yourself a favor and give them a try. Remember that YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK TO GET RESULTS. This means doing the exercises they assign to you, not only in their office, but also daily at home. It means making slight dietary adjustments in order to help your body heal. They give you the tools but you also have to invest maximum effort. Attend all of your scheduled appointments as much as possible so that you can get your initial results quickly! The appointments are usually less than 20 minutes and you will leave feeling like a million bucks. JUST DO IT.... FOR YOU!

Where do I begin? The ladies here are awesome and took really good care of me....I had severe spinal subluxation manifesting in headaches and other symptoms and the doctor(so sorry ma'am I'm forgetting your name)took the extra time to make sure everything was corrected and improved, with significant progress over time. I will return as needed when finances are in order, but thank you University Chiro for being so kind and providing a stellar experience. I look forward to catching up with you in the near future.

As an athlete who's been to many chiropractors, I can confidently say this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I initially came here because of the advertised $99 "new patient special," but it turned out that it only covered an X-ray and a very generic exam — no adjustments included. In my case, being a throwing athlete, I already knew there were imbalances between my left and right sides. An X-ray was completely unnecessary for what I needed. It was also pretty ironic that they advertise "community days" where they offer free adjustments without requiring an X-ray — clearly proving they can diagnose and adjust without it. It felt like the X-ray was just a tactic to upsell and trap new patients. There were several red flags during my visit: 1)When I asked if they do any muscle or soft tissue work, the staff member who performed my exam said no — and went on to claim that all problems stem from "misalignment," ignoring the reality that soft tissue issues often contribute heavily to dysfunction (something any good chiropractor should know). 2) Their "exam" felt completely cookie-cutter and not tailored to me at all. Most of the patients there were seniors (60+), and it was obvious that the flexibility and balance tests they used made sense for that group — but were irrelevant for an active athlete like me. On top of all this, they clearly do not value your time. Making an appointment here just means you'll be waiting anyway. I had an appointment but ended up waiting 45 minutes with five other people ahead of me. It felt more like a production line than a professional healthcare setting. One person in front of me even got so frustrated they rescheduled and left. Overall, if you're looking for individualized care, respect for your time, or a chiropractor who understands athletic needs — look elsewhere. This place is not it.
