I have been working with Jonny on many of my health issues such as gut bloating, inflammation, and mental fog. He is super knowledgeable about how the body works and putting it back into balance. He cares so much for his patients and really wants to find the root cause of these issues rather than using a band aid fix. I am doing so much better now and am grateful for his expertise and help. Dr. Jonny has been an incredible ally in my journey of wholeness and wellbeing. We started working together about 3 years ago and my health has been steadily improving. I'm at a point now where my baseline is feeling energetic and positive. I didn't 100% believe that was really possible when we started. Now I'm finding new levels of wellbeing as our work together continues. If you're looking for data-driven solutions that take a holistic perspective, you found the right guy. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr Johnny is fantastic ! I had an unfortunate accident last February (2023) that ended up twisting my spine and the physical therapy provided to me by Kaiser Permanente was not doing the job. After having dealt with that and subsequently not noticing that I was getting better I decided to find another way. That’s when I found Johnny ! Since working with him, I’ve noticed remarkable changes in my back, the pain and soreness has dissipated to a minimal annoyance, and he has gradually through his extensive training, assisted me with moving my spine back in place. I highly recommend working with Dr Suarez on all your physical health needs !

I came to Dr. Suarez to help with low back pain and nerve issues in my neck and elbow -- all caused from years of soccer and CrossFit. He was able to quickly diagnose the root cause of the pain and give me some basic exercises I could do at home to strengthen some muscles that were out of balance. 3-4 months later I am pain free and was able to get there while continuing to stay active and workout in the gym. He was also able to give me some practical guidance on nutrition after doing a comprehensive analysis of my blood work. I had tried traditional orthopedic doctors as well as chiropractors and physical therapists. No one had the solutions that Dr. Suarez provided -- and I avoided surgery which would have sidelined me for 12+ months. I highly recommend Dr. Suarez -- his methods work.
