I received a Deep Scalp Care Service with Lisa, and it felt so nice!! The staff are so friendly and kind, and they gave me lots of snacks too! My hair felt so nice and refreshed afterwards, and they use high quality products too! It starts with a quick body massage while laying down in the beginning, so make sure your clothes are off. Then it’s followed with a hair brushing and short scalp massage, and after that, you turn over and sit up while they prepare the head spa under the bed. They put a heated eye mask on when you lay down. They also have the halo thing that sprays water at your scalp and it feels nice! They use Milbon hair products for shampooing and conditioning your hair!! They also added this hair treatment to my scalp and while it soaked, they gave me a neck and décolleté massage as well. Then they cleaned it off with a hot towel, washed out my hair, and then wrapped up my hair in a towel. They also used a Dyson hair dryer to dry my hair! It was $85 before tip for one hour of scalp care! I would definitely recommend coming here! They also offer combos, like scalp care + massage, and next month they will offer scalp care + facials! I wish I could go back more often, but I’m only visiting family in the area, but I’ll definitely come back the next time I visit!

I am so glad I gave this spot a try today! I was looking for a place that had availability somewhat last minute for a Saturday appointment and came across Serenity Wellness 。 90 minute deep tissue massage My massage therapist, Mandy was beyond kind and accommodating. She checked in periodically about the pressure level, which she was able to keep at the perfect intensity the entirety of my massage, without it being too much conversation. She did a great job all over, but particularly on my shoulders and hips which tend to be problem spots. Their facility was clean and relaxing. I feel like I found a gem today! I would absolutely recommend and will be going back.

I tried their 75-minute facial and hair spa combo, and it was incredible. Zoe, the specialist, told me she used to work at a high-end salon in LA that often served celebrities, including the Kardashians and Lisa from BLACKPINK. With her background, I truly felt like a VIP the entire time. Her facial massage was both soothing and impressively effective. My jawline looked more defined, my face felt lifted, and the calming mask left my skin glowing. The head massage and hair spa were absolutely heavenly — my head felt lighter, and my headaches disappeared. I left feeling refreshed, radiant, and deeply relaxed. I highly recommend this combo if you want to treat yourself to some real pampering!

First came here for a scalp treatment and it was fantastic. Perhaps that set my expectations to high, but my follow-up massage appointment fell flat -- and it was a little weird... The massage started with one woman but there was a switch during my massage to another person. There was some strange noises like grunting and laughing in one of the other rooms. Lastly, they encouraged me to write them a good review and they'd give be a good discount when I returned. All disappointing, especially given a great initial experience. I will not be returning to this place ever again.

Came in for the first time with my friend and we will definitely be coming back! Lisa and Mandy were so sweet and very considerate. They kept checking up on us whether it the temperature of the water, or how much pressure was being used. We got their 60 min essential head spa treatment for 2! Such a great deal. Because it was our first time they even included a few more steps into our treatment. They walked us through every step and even told us where we can get their products. If I can give more than 5 stars I would! I recommend coming in for a wonderful and relaxing experience! My hair feels so amazing and soft. They also showed us how our scalp and hair looks through their scalp camera!
