Meghana Dinesh4 StarMy husband and I had gone here for a 60 minute deep tissue massage yesterday and had a good experience. They initially ask us to chose an essential oil (among 4 options). My masseuse was Helen and she did a great job, with pressure at the right points and was very professional. My husband got a massage from Sam, and enjoyed it too. Although the massage and technique was great, we wished they spent more time what we actually wanted to concentrate on (for example: I would have loved it if they spent more time on my feet) and asked for our requirement prior to starting. Communication was difficult, the place was clean. We would definitely go again if they can personalize the time spent on each section of the body.Monday 3rd February 2020

Fiona Donohoe3 StarI had a 75 minute massage w/ hot stones recently. The gentleman had good pressure and was sensitive to the spots that were more sore and needed less pressure. However, I have some feedback for easy fixes that would have significantly improved the experience. First, the practitioner spent well over half, maybe as much of 3/4 of the time on my back only. While his pressure was good, I almost felt numb after a while because of how long he spent on my back. He spent some time on my arms, legs, hips, head and feet (listed in order from most to least amount of time spent), barely touching the feet (my favorite part) and hips (where I really needed some work done). That brings me to the second area that could be improved: communication. When we started he did not ask me what I would like worked on, or conversely any areas to avoid (like if there were injuries, etc). This is very important, not just for customer satisfaction, but for his own protection professionally speaking. Also, when he left the room to go get the hot rocks I had no idea where he had gone, if the massage was over, etc because he didn’t say anything. So my two suggestions are one: don’t work on mostly just one part of the body; and two: communicate better with people in order to avoid confusion and increase customer experience. The person that worked on me has good potential once these two easy fixes are addressed.Tuesday 26th June 2018
Sharonjeet Dhillon5 StarBeen visiting light health for over a year, really enjoy the massages. Recently tried, their acupuncture and fire cupping to help with my sport injuries. The doctor is knowledgeable and gently. My wrist felt better after the first session and the doc follows up with the treatment the next session.Thursday 2nd February 2023
