I've been going to Integral Chiropractic for four years now, and it's been a game-changer. 4 years ago I had pain so severe that I couldn't sleep through the night. Dr. Wilson skillfully diagnosed my issue, which stemmed from a small car accident from many years ago that I had overlooked. She set up a program for me to receive treatment three times a week, then twice a week, then once a week, and my pain steadily decreased. The additional stretching and foundation training taught by Rachel further strengthened my newly corrected body, transforming what was once weak, unsteady, and imbalanced. I've seen many chiropractors in my life, but Dr. Wilson has the best technique and can always release pain from any problem areas. I owe her and her entire team so much gratitude for restoring a pain-free life. I've since brought two family members and friends here for this critical health maintenance.

I highly recommend Dr. Wilson. She corrected my lower back pain. As a result I am able to get through a work day and work out without discomfort and pain. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Her staff including Kris and Rachel comes to work with a positive attitude. They encourage my progress from start to finish. To see the results, you have to put in the work too in addition to visits. She will see right through if you aren't keeping up with at home exercises. It is such a relief everytime I go to my visits because I know she will take care of me and address the root of my discomfort.

Having no idea of what chiropractic medicine is or what it can help treat, I decided on a whim to walk into Integral Chiropractic. I had been having mid to low back pain with sciatica for the past month and was tired of being limited in my ability to do my daily activities. Every sneeze, mind you this was the beginning of a heavy allergy season AND I'm not a quiet sneezer, would take me down to the ground with pain. I was greeted very warmly by Krys who assured me that Dr Wilson could do a comprehensive initial exam including moving Xrays and would then be able to tell me if chiropractic medicine was something that could help me. I've been working with Dr Wilson and her staff for about 7 weeks now with a 3 times a week in office regimen which includes: adjustment, stretches, neck traction, and a vibration machine. My homework includes: foam rolling, easy stretches, and use of a neck orthotic. I am now moving better, able to sneeze (yay!) with minimal discomfort, and best of all, able to do my daily activities to care for and enjoy recreational activities with my family. I am still not back to normal . . . healing takes time . . . but I am on the right track and am indebted to the time, work and positive encouragement from Dr Wilson and all her staff at Integral Chiropractic! And now I know of some but not all the benefits that chiropractic medicine can provide! I had to include a picture of the wobble chairs . . . I love me some wobble time to warm up before an adjustment!

I am forever grateful for my experience with Dr. J and the whole team at Integral Chiropractic! From the very first visit they took the time to create an individualized program to ensure a pain free and comfortable existence. I walked in with limited motion in my neck and back and was able to notice and benefit from improvement after the first week! On top of being concerned about my overall wellness, Krys and everyone there created a welcoming environment that made me feel as if I'd known them for years. I appreciate and highly recommend Dr. Wilson and her team!

I am so glad that I found Integral Chiropractic. I had been enduring back and neck pains for many years. The pains got worse at times, and over time they had just become part of my daily life. Finally after one incident where the pain was so bad that I could barely move at all for a few days, I decided to stop procrastinating and start looking for treatment. Not having any referrals from friends and family, I started going through Yelp for chiropractors. I reached out to a few places requesting information and an appointment and Integral Chiropractic happened to be the first who responded. Initially I wasn't sure about it, as they are farthest from where I live. The other places which I looked up are much closer (within San Francisco) with the closest one just a couple blocks away from my house. I wasn't sure whether I could commit to the long drives. But after speaking with Rachel from Integral Chiropractic, I told myself, this is it. Rachel was super helpful listening to me and explaining everything. I felt like I would be in good hands. Surely, I was right. Dr. Wilson was very patient with understanding my situation and setting specific goals for my treatment. I always felt good after the adjustment. I never thought that I would get better with my pains which I have had for many years, but Dr. Wilson made it come true. Not only did my x-ray reveal how I have improved, I could feel it myself with significantly less pain and much better sleep quality, and my chronic headache is gone. Not to mention that Krys always welcomes me with warm greetings and makes sure I'm well settled in. And Rachel is super patient and attentive with my exercises. All in all it was a very positive experience, many thanks to the Integral Chiropractic family!
